Born and raised in Bogotá, Colombia, Camila brings a global perspective and a passion for connection to The Lucas Group. After earning her degree in Business Administration with a focus on Hospitality Management from Miramar University, she joined the team as a Transaction Coordinator and quickly rose through the ranks—earning her Real Estate License and now leading as Team Leader.

Fluent in Spanish, French, and English, Camila excels at building relationships and creating meaningful experiences for clients and team members alike. Her leadership is defined by empathy, accountability, and a genuine commitment to helping others grow.

Outside of real estate, Camila loves exploring new cultures, traveling the world, and spending time with her family—often returning home to Colombia to stay connected to her roots.
